Desktops & Notebooks
We offer comprehensive desktop support through the Reflex Solutions Help Desk – available 9 AM-9 PM (ISD) a day for SLA clients and during business hours for non-SLA clients – staffed by certified IT technicians equipped with the skill to resolve any support query. We offer remote support and desktop mirroring where the Help Centre agent can remotely ‘take over’ your computer and provide support from resolving a problem, to installing updates and adding printers. For support queries that fall outside of the remote support resolution rate, an engineer is deputed/deployed to resolve the issue. We also undertake to support and maintain all applications on desktops – Microsoft Office and other application, etc.
Microsoft Licensing/Up Gradation/Migration/Patch Management

OVLS of Microsoft products gives you access to Microsoft products and licensing, with the option of upgrading to the latest versions when you need if Software Assurance is added to the agreement.

Rack Servers
